So much more than just day-of! Coordination services (also known as day-of coordination or wedding day management) are for couples who have planned their own wedding, but need assistance from a professional wedding coordinator to manage their wedding day.

From the start, you'll get access to all of our planning tools so you can get started or organize what you've already planned. Then, about a month before the wedding, we'll dive deep into your details.  

An onsite coordinator will greet and assist vendors, and coordinate your ceremony and reception. You'll even have assistance with packing up at the end of the night!

Gold Planning Package

Planning and Coordination services are for couples that have started the planning process, but need assistance along the way and on the wedding day. 

Your planner will help put all the elements of your design together for a beautiful, cohesive look and help you keep everything organized. Your professional layout, timeline, and vendor confirmations will all be done for you. 

​On your wedding day, our team will be there to set up and style your venue, get your wedding party down the aisle on time, and manage the day from start to finish.

Platinum Planning Package

Our Signature Full Planning Experience is perfect for the couple who needs assistance with the long list of things to do. If you love making selections on colors, florals, and design elements, but need someone to help bring it all together, this personalized service is for you.

You'll have a dedicated planner, an advocate on your side, to handle all of your details and phone calls, arrange vendor meetings and correspondence, keep track of your payments, monitor your calendar of appointments, and attend selected vendor visits with you.

Your planner will also help you make critical decisions and beautiful selections to make your wedding unique and memorable. It's the best choice for a stress-free experience and a flawless wedding weekend.
