We offer flexible rental options so there is a match for everybody!

Option 1: Base Venue Rental - You rent the building & bring in your own vendors (Catering, DJ, Photographer, Etc..)

Option 2: All Inclusive Rental - We provide everything for you. This is essentially the perfect, complete wedding package. (Includes DJ, Photographer, Catering, Wedding Planner, Bartenders, Staff, Officiant, etc..)

HOW YOU SAVE WITH OUR PRICING

Here is how our pricing saves you thousands:

  • Tables & Chairs: Since we already provide these, this alone saves you $1,000 or more from having to rent from a rental company.

  • Linens, Centerpieces & Huge Inventory of Decorations: Since we provide these for you, you can save at least another $2,000 - $3,000 from having to rent/buy them. For a full list of decorations, visit the Something Borrowed Room!

  • Food & Drinks Storage: Because we provide a commercial refrigerator, hot box, beverage cooler and deep freezer, you can avoid paying for a professional caterer altogether. You can have friends and family bring the food or you can buy a group package from your local favorite restaurant and then spread it out on our buffet tables and let your guests serve themselves. This alone can save you thousands!

  • Vendor Choice: You can choose any vendor you want which may be able to save quite a bit of money by having the freedom to choose your vendors. You aren't forced to use our preferred vendors, but we would recommend each and every one of them.

*Two Day Rental - A Pretty Sweet Perk Of Choosing A Friday

You have the option to add Thursday from 12:00 - 6:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1,500 Thursday rental fee.

Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.

This is a great option for many of our couples!
